KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 8 — The East Coast Economic Region (ECER) Master Plan 3.0 (EMP 3.0) for the 2025-2030 period, which is currently in the process of preparation, will address all matters raised by the latest Auditor-General’s (AG’s) Report, including the shortfall in job creation and lack of key infrastructure projects.
